Four-Stroke Cycle:

• Intake Stroke: The intake valve opens, and the piston moves down, drawing in a mixture of petrol and air.
• Compression Stroke: The intake valve closes, and the piston moves upward, compressing the fuel-air mixture.
• Power Stroke: The spark plug ignites the compressed mixture, causing a small explosion that forces the piston downward, producing power.
• Exhaust Stroke: The exhaust valve opens, and the piston moves upward again, expelling the burnt gases out of the engine.

• Efficiency and Durability: The 4-stroke engine is known for its high fuel efficiency and long-lasting performance. Since it doesn’t require oil to be mixed with fuel (unlike 2-stroke engines), it produces less exhaust smoke and is less harmful to the environment.
